PET POLICY

At Main Living, we understand that true comfort includes the companionship of your four-legged family members. Our boutique community is designed to offer a welcoming and sophisticated environment for both you and your pets, ensuring that every resident feels at home.

A Warm Welcome: We invite up to two pets per home to enjoy our downtown lifestyle.
A Sophisticated Standard: To ensure the comfort of all residents, we accommodate dogs up to 100 lbs.
Pet Selection: While we are a pet-friendly destination, we maintain certain breed restrictions to ensure a harmonious environment for all. We cannot accommodate Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, or Chows (including mixed breeds of these lineages).

One-Time Pet Fee: $400 per pet.
Monthly Pet Rent: $45 per pet.
